About Marco

Marco has photographed many different subjects, scenes, and moments using skills and techniques that can be applied across photographic genres, subjects and seasons. He is passionate about photography and photography education. Through his guided tours Marco will happily tailor picture taking experiences to suit client interests, photography skills and subject experience. These experiences can include tropical rainforests, glorious tropical beaches, gorgeous waterfalls and lakes of the Atherton Tablelands, wetlands, outback experiences and spectacular Australian nature & wildlife.  'Early-bird' rises and 'late owl' evenings are, generally, expected to reward you with the better images and memories of those gorgeous Far North Queensland sunrises, sunsets, nature and wildlife. Not to mention more time in the field!

Marco, as you may have gathered, is passionate about photography and sharing, with others, his knowledge, skills, locations and, enthusiasm about the whole photographic process. Marco's galleries attest, to his wide-ranging, ecclectic photographic taste and skill. He believes that there can be, literally, a picture around every corner when you understand your camera, exposure, the quality of light, and, in particular, the quality of that 'Light' together with timing and, local knowledge.
